You evidently don't accept full root.

root explorer, run it, this volition put you on the / directory which is the root of the phone, non the sd card, and up in the height right corner it says mountain r/o or mountain r/westward
by default it is read merely r/o
striking the button and beside it yous volition see pocket-size text saying 'mounted r/west'
if it lets you mountain r/w and then you should exist good to go.
just navigate to your /system/app filder, long press on the apk file yous want to delete and choose delete, it volition fault out if you lot dont have r/due west access, just brand sure the upper right corner nonetheless says 'mounted r/w' - sometimes when y'all mount the phone in the opening page, information technology doesnt mount everything as r/w so you might accept to mount the /organization/app folder.
so, if you have it mounted r/w and it says so, and information technology wont let you delete or rename anything, then you know that you lot practise not have a full root, just the partial root and you will have to go thru and reroot it for full access.
at that place are simpler means i imagine merely root explorer is the king of file explorers as far every bit i am concerned.
the only thing it needs is a built in FTP and SMB (windows network) explorer.

hmmm wierd.
maybe a bad rooted rom?
someone correct me here but do you accept SuperUser installed?
doesnt he have to take superuser installed to practise information technology via root explorer, or login to a terminal via adb with 'su' to rename/move/delete
if you didnt blazon su, and then get the $ prompt you cant do what you are trying to do. ... ???
i dont think you need to blazon su to do the following command but information technology probably wouldn't hurt ??
i am very adb dark-green only exercise know plenty to run some commands, its just that i prefer to practice it with root explorer rather than command prompt.

download or find (please pay for it on the market place)
root explorer, run it, this will put yous on the / directory which is the root of the phone, not the sd carte du jour, and up in the meridian right corner information technology says mount r/o or mount r/w
by default it is read just r/o
striking the button and beside it you will run across minor text maxim 'mounted r/w'
if it lets you mountain r/west then you should be skilful to go.
merely navigate to your /arrangement/app filder, long printing on the apk file you want to delete and choose delete, it will fault out if y'all dont have r/w admission, but make sure the upper correct corner still says 'mounted r/w' - sometimes when y'all mount the telephone in the opening page, it doesnt mount everything equally r/westward so you might have to mountain the /system/app folder.so, if you have it mounted r/w and it says so, and it wont let you lot delete or rename anything, then you know that y'all do not have a full root, just the partial root and yous will take to go thru and reroot information technology for full access.
there are simpler means i imagine merely root explorer is the male monarch of file explorers as far every bit i am concerned.
the only thing it needs is a built in FTP and SMB (windows network) explorer.
Y'all can apply Estrongs File Explorer and use the root option. No payment required. Unless you are running CM ROM, be sure to turn off the root option before closing the programme, otherwise side by side time you open up ES it will give a forcefulness close.
